Central Hall Venues (CHV) today announces the launch of new venue management platform, iVvy to help streamline all events from start to finish. Initially, the iVvy platform will be launched at the organisation’s London site, Central Hall Westminster. It will then be rolled out across its other venues, Nicolson Square Edinburgh and St Saviourgate York, in the coming months.
iVvy is a cloud-based booking engine specifically designed for the Meetings and Events industry which will allow the CHV venues to maximise efficiency and improve the overall experience for clients from initial enquiry to post-event.
With the new software, meeting and event planners will be able to search, compare, book and pay for function space in real time making the experience quick and easy. Through the technology, CHV will be able to share live data on which event spaces are available to maximise bookings. iVvy’s software streamlines the entire event management process to improve the customer journey from the sending of an enquiry to making final payments and invoicing, all tailored and specific requirements, through to post-event reporting. The system will also improve efficiency for all staff so work can be planned seamlessly.
iVvy’s booking tool will integrate with all CHV websites so that enquiries are instantly uploaded into the system and dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible. Other features include CRM, function diary, quick quotes and contracts, invoicing which accepts instant payments and run sheets. The technology enables work to be automated, helping staff to generate easy to use and read reports and data including finance, sales, catering and operational aspects. In addition, Central Hall Venues will use the email marketing platform to send regular campaigns and newsletter to their databases to keep them in the loop with new offerings, new venues and latest events hosted.
In parallel with the integration of the iVvy system, Central Hall Venues has also revised its terms and conditions for greater transparency which includes protection of 3rd party suppliers and a COVID clause.
All staff have been fully trained to use the system by iVvy to help them leverage the software to maximum efficiency, which in turn will benefit clients. Contractors including Central Hall Westminster’s in-house AV and Production Partner, White Light, and on-site caterers, Green & Fortune, will also be trained to use the system.
Paul Southern, Managing Director of CHV, comments: “The new iVvy platform is a game changer for Central Hall Venues at a time when we are expanding to take on new venues and as events come back into action again post-COVID. Our aim is to make holding an event at one of our venues as easy and stress-free as possible, from initial enquiry to post-event reporting. We want to ensure a transparent approach to business at our venues as well as continue to our established principles of ethics, integrity and sustainability. iVvy is just one more step to help us do this.”
Lauren Hall, iVvy Founder and CEO, adds: “As a partner to Central Hall Venues, iVvy is privileged to be providing technology that will safe proof and support their business operations and growth now and into the future. As a continually evolving system iVvy is committed to working with all our customers ensuring we deliver to the needs of their business today and beyond.”
