Central Hall Westminster today announces that the 15th BNC Event Show will return to the venue for the third year running.
‘The Show Eventprofs Recommend’ takes place on Wednesday 10th July and this summer it is focusing on sustainability. Over 1000 buyers and exhibitors from the world’s top corporate companies, leading event management agencies, venues and event products and services expected to attend.
Around 100 exhibitors including hotels, venues, catering companies, entertainment specialists, production companies and technology experts will be making best use of Central Hall’s versatile Lecture Hall and Library, with seminars in the Robert Perks Room and a chill out space in the George Thomas Room to give visitors a relaxed but informative networking and event experience in a friendly and non-sales setting. As well as the exhibition stands, there will be seminars and event tech and recruitment clinics and trademark BNC Show treats and prizes. In addition, a few fun surprises are planned for guests to experience.
On the sustainability theme, the organisers of the exclusive event are looking to explore how they can improve their own carbon footprint, support event management buyers with their quest to add sustainable elements into their events without fuss and highlight green activities currently being carried out by industry suppliers.
This year Merlin Events are playing a key role in the show and planning some show-stopping exhibits as well as providing a few classic selfie moments. New exhibitors include Ecobooth, Johnny Ross Music, Holland & Holland, Lucky Voice, Carden Park and Whatley Manor. Additionally, the UK’s newest five-star country spa hotel by the Arora Group will be making its show debut. Another new aspect of the show is the Noodle Live app which provides a smoother exhibition experience including smart badges.
Guests will also be treated to a tempting array of food and drink throughout the show including breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
BNC Event Shows’ Director Kim Paulden comments; “As always The BNC Event Show is going to be full of quality networking opportunities in a fun and informal setting, but this year we’re getting serious about sustainability. We can all do more and we do that by talking and learning from each other. We can’t wait to hear everyone’s sustainability tips and to find out what’s new with our exhibitors and which ones are really championing the cause. And of course, with its Green Tourism Gold Award, what better setting for The BNC Event Show than Central Hall Westminster?”
Paul Southern, Managing Director of Central Hall Westminster, adds: “As a venue which puts sustainability at the heart of everything we do here, we are delighted to be welcoming the BNC Event Show on 10th July for the third year running. Working together with event organisers to reduce our carbon footprint for events is becoming more crucial than ever and that is why we were the first venue to introduce a carbon calculator for organisers to calculate this and offset it through tree planting schemes. We are thrilled to be working with the BNC Event Show for another year, working with organisers who share our values is important to us.”
Event booking agencies and corporate event planners can register to attend the show via the BNC Event Shows’ website. Online registration closes on 21st June
